Return Policy for Supplements:
We do not accept returns on supplements.
If you suffer from an adverse reaction to any of our supplements, please call us right away! We have a special process for returns that caused an adverse reaction.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return Policy for Test Kits:
At LaValle Performance, we strive to provide a seamless experience. If you need to initiate a return for a test kit, follow the steps below to ensure timely processing:
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Submit a Return Request:
- Email cs@lavalleperformance.com with the name of the test kit you wish to cancel.
- Our team will review your request to determine refund eligibility.
2. Provide Proof of Kit Destruction:
- If eligible, you will be asked to send a photo of the test kit along with the destroyed requisition form (ripped up).
- Email the photo to cs@lavalleperformance.com for verification.
3. Refund Processing:
- Once the photo is received and verified, we will process your refund.
Policy Details
- Refund Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment to qualify.
- Refund Exclusions:
- No refunds are issued after test samples have arrived at the lab.
- Processing, ordering, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Physician Services fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds with Service Fees:
Some test kits are refundable, and service fees are deducted from the refund amount. These include:

Processing Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the required photo of the destroyed requisition form.
Note: Products designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
