Shipping policy

We know you rely on your supplements and want to get them as quickly as possible, and we do our best to ship orders out fast. To help make sure everything gets to you without delay, please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If an address change is needed while the package is still in transit, the carrier charges a reroute fee. When this happens, a $50 change-of-address fee will be added to cover that charge.

Once a package is delivered to the address entered at checkout, it can’t be retrieved or refunded. If the address wasn't updated or was entered incorrectly, a new order will be needed.

Please allow up to 72 business hours for orders to ship. If something is out of stock and has to be ordered in, it may take a little longer—we’ll always do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
